Timetables, mentors, families and payments in the same place. Parents read the lesson summary on their phone, the desk knows who owes what, and every mentor knows what they'll be paid.
Everyone sees their own page. Nobody sees someone else's.
The desk runs the centre, mentors run their classes and families follow their children — each with exactly what they need, and nothing they shouldn't see.

What's inside
Built around how a tutoring centre really works.
Not a generic calendar with a price field. Every rule here came from a centre that bills by the month, banks missed classes and pays mentors per lesson.
01
A timetable that can't double-book
Weekly or fortnightly series, one-off classes, rooms or online. Before anything is saved it checks the mentor, the room, opening hours and closed days — and tells you which dates were free.

02
Summary and homework, for the parents
After each class the mentor writes what was done, the homework and attaches photos. The family reads it the same evening.
03
Who owes what, without a spreadsheet
Families pay for the month ahead. Booked classes and workbooks land on the same statement, partial payments settle the oldest month first, and the reminder email lists every month with its amount.

04
Make-up time that isn't lost
A class that can't happen is banked, not cancelled: the family keeps paying the month and the time is stored, per mentor, in minutes. Three banked hours can come back as one long session before the exam.

05
Mentor pay, per lesson
Each class carries what the mentor earns. Changing the price list later never rewrites a month already paid.
06
The centre's month, from revenue to what's left
Revenue, minus mentors, minus rent, power and water, equals what the centre keeps. Every number opens the list behind it, and the forecast shows the months ahead.
Revenue€4.820
Mentors−€2.510
Rent, power…−€1.150

Events, with replies
Exam workshops, end-of-term parties, mentor meetings. Choose who it's for — everyone, mentors or families — and see who's coming.
Optional assistant
Ask in plain words, confirm before it's saved
"Enrol Ana, her mother is Marta." "Book her with João on Tuesday at five." The assistant goes through the same checks as the form and always asks before saving. It never deletes.

Messages with sensible rulesA family talks to the centre and to whoever teaches their child — never to another family.
Class remindersAn email to the family before each class, as many hours ahead as the centre decides.
A price list that prices"3rd cycle, 1 hour" → the family's price and the mentor's, filled in on every booking.
Books sold at the deskPaid there and then, or added to the family's month — stock included.
Today's birthdaysA morning email to the desk, and to each mentor about their own students.
Progress and reportsTests and grades by subject, files kept on the student's profile.

The family in their pocket
Parents and mentors use the DigitosAI app; the desk can stay on the computer. Same data, same rules, no copying between systems.

How it starts
Three steps, at the desk.
1
Enrol the child
Name, school year, guardian. The guardian's email becomes the family's login — or is linked to the account they already have.
2
Book the first classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays, from the same screen, checked against rooms and mentors.
3
The family follows along
Next class, summaries, grades and account — without anyone sending a message.
Pricing
You pay for active students. Never per user.
The monthly price follows the size of the centre. Add as many parents as you like — they don't count.
